Hat Laem Sala is an attractive circular cove sur rounded by three limestone
hills some 16 km east of park headquarters. Although the formal headquarters is
located near Khao Daeng to the south, Laem Sala is a more popular place to overnight since it's easier to reach from Pranburi and has a larger selection of
bungalows.

You can also hike from Bang Pu down a steep but well-constructed trail starting
from the seashore village temple. This 20-minute walk provides splendid views
over the coastal limestone range and the numerous offshore islands. Visitors
coming up from the south often head first to Khao Daeng and continue on to Laern
Sala the following day. From park headquarters near Khao Daeng village, a
chartered songtao costs about B100 to reach the beach at Laem Sala.
